Traffic Duty
Hi SHS Parents!
Sacred Heart School relies on Traffic Volunteers to help ensure the safety of our children coming to school every day.This parent volunteer duty is extremely important for the safety of SHS students as they are being dropped off at school and is an easy way for parents to help out.Three Parent Volunteers are needed every morning and each family is required to sign up for two days of traffic duty per child.Each grade is assigned as follows:August & September: 8th GradeOctober: 7th GradeNovember: 6th GradeDecember: 5th GradeJanuary: 4th GradeFebruary: 3rd GradeMarch: 2nd GradeApril: 1st GradeMay: KindergartenPlease click on this link to signup: Traffic Duty Sign Up 2024-25
Should you have a scheduling conflict, or can no longer make the day you had signed up for, please send a note to fellow parents in your student's grade to see who might be able to sub in for you!Thanks for all you do!

Lunchroom
Sacred Heart School appreciates your help passing out milk at lunch time. We are opening it up for two volunteers (parent or grandparent) each day to help pass out milk from 10:45-12:30. The lunch period is quick and efficient, so having a parent volunteer is helpful to the staff!
