Hello!

I hope everyone found a way to enjoy their summer and some time off! We all certainly deserved it! My family was able to take our yearly fishing trip to Canada that we have been taking since 1948.  We had some of the best fishing we've ever had! Having time away from school always gets my batteries charged back up for the new year.

This is my thirteenth year teaching at Sacred Heart. I teach 6th grade and 7th grade English and Reading. I am in my thirteenth year as an assistant football coach at Dowling Catholic where I coach the varsity special teams. I was also the head boys track coach at Dowling Catholic for five years. I live in Waukee with my 5 year old collie, Bailey, who loves daycare and tolerates me!
